SamJ 8,008 Posted April 16, 2016 Share Posted April 16, 2016 to be honest I was more internally pisse* off about ARTPOP and its singles not ruling the charts for months than this vine. I tried not to show my disappointment to my friends. Its a good album Imo it did good in the charts but not great for gaga and the era was a bit messy I wanted gaga to have soo much success with ARTPOP and beat Born This Way's commercial success so I was disappointed about that but I look back fondly at the era and I did enjoy being a gaga fan in 2013/14. ARTPOP flopped is the thread title with no backup as to why it flopped or why this person believes this. I have seen this thread SO many times before and it just gets old and annoying. This thread added nothing new to the conversation about Gaga. I said this because we are her fans, and I'm pretty sure if Gaga saw us all attacking a piece of art she created and loves because it wasn't up to some peoples commercial standards, she wouldn't feel too good about it. I dont think anyone is attacking Gaga's piece of art I love ARTPOP and I'm proud of it and its success. Its pop culture impact was a bit underwhelming which is why some people can rightly so call it a flop commercially. This is a different vine than ones on other threads so it deserves to be on this new thread if you dont like the post then pis* off.
