Only pale, tired, bleached, thinner and 1 year older. Yes, she uses fillers and gets it done at the Epione Center, but she has no surgeries done. Also no nosejob. Look at performances in early 2009 or pictures from 2006, she has the same nose. She learned how to do makeup. Also the exposure, posture, weight, lights, outfit, makeup and hair can add to the effect. But I completely agree she should stop these fillers, she is a natural beauty. If you're refering to her lips, that isn't injections, it's a Japanese lip-shaped sucker thing which uses air pressure to make her lips more fuller, she said so herself. A magazine asked her for all her beauty secrets and that was one of them; no surgery was mentioned. As for the botox, she's wearing much more natural and tighter wigs now, like the one she wore in the interview with E with Diane Warren and the Oscars. It pulls her face backwards making her eyes squint. These two things together, coupled with her susceptibility to gain weight in the face and make up, makes her look like she has work done. It's classic Gaga, getting the work done without actually getting any work done. I know she's used facial injections before but if she was now I don't think she'd look as good and natural as she does in her natural Instagram pictures and the press would be talking about it instead of asking her for her beauty regime.
