And the lip thing is a lip mask that hydrates and slightly plumps the lips. Neither of those things are surgical, etc, they're just cheap and easy ways to pamper yourself. She looks pretty much like she did on the Women In Music event, and she just had injected her face the day before when that took place. She must have had her face done some hours before the event, because she went to that clinique like a week before, and her lips looked normal on the Hillary Clinton pic, which was a day after going to the cosmetic center, so she must have had her lips injected on several moments. Some lip fillers (not injections), different makeup (I think?), etc. Her natural, no makeup, selfies show that nothing on her face has actually changed. Tons has changed.
