I've seen many people on the forum dislike many songs on the album, I Like It Rough, Eh Eh (Nothing Else I Can Say), Money Honey, Boys Boys Boys...

I loved this album from the moment I listened it in full, Of course, Just Dance was a hit, Poker Face too, but there are many good songs on the album, and don't forget that it's a debut album from 2008.

I first heard of Gaga with Just Dance, then Poker Face and then i got the album. Paper Gangsta is just priceless, for example. It was recorded on her laptop with its microphone and then RedOne produced it, isn't that amazing?. I really hope she brings this song back on a tour. I love I Like It Rough, the synths are just awesome! And the lyrics so ironical, the beat... sounds so 80s and it's one of my faves on the album. Of course Starstruck had to be a hit, the beat is amazing too and is one of the most praised so

ngs on the album. Maybe it's my less favorite after Boys Boys Boys but Starstruck is so Hip Hop / R&B and maybe that's why it's so loved, I'm not so into that kind of music but I do like the song and Gaga's autotuned voice.

Eh Eh is cute, same with Beautiful Dirty Rich. The lyrics still being good after all she has written. Maybe not as good as Born This Way but still... Gaga proved that she is one of the best songwritters ever with a debut! I'm not gonna talk about every song on the album but guys... LoveGame, Paparazzi, you all love those, yet they aren't too different from I Like It Rough or Brown Eyes

No shade, of course. This is not meant to be shady, but maybe some Monsters that didn't start following her since the early years can't appreciate those songs and the era itself?

Seeing a 1,55m girl with long blond hair and a bang that almost hid her eyes. With the Versace sunglasses that she lost but somehow a fan returned them to her in Paris (that was one of the first "Gaga and Fans" videos that there were on YT!)... Remembering the era gives me life so much hahaha. The opening act for NKOTB, the early GagaVisions with the robotic intro, the Disco Heaven 2.0 fake album that I thought was real... She grabbed all the attention just going around in panties! Her looks from that era are still my favs. They were classy but so sexy at the same time, the hair bow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it was everything, I remember seeing a japanese girl on YouTube doing a tutorial and I tried doing it on my hair lol! The white dress inspired by Mugler, her tanned skin... When she broke her dancer's tooth OMG! Fashion, put it all on me... that song was so fierce! The discostick and that GagaVision where she's changing its batteries, the iPod glasses, the Poker Face game lmao!!!... Can somebody take me back to relive everything again, please? I'd love to see that tiny blond popstar conquering the world over and over again with Poker Face.

I need m-m-m-more to feed my pop heart. Give me more. I want the future! GaGa, Fashion, Technology... Dance, New York

m-m-m-music, pop culture... I want the fame! I can hear you, can you hear me? Revolution is coming, and I want w-w-w-what we want. You deserve the future.

My name is Lady GaGa and this is my haus

I'm leaving here some of my fav performances from the era, the ones that made me a stan <3

I used to watch this one ^ every ****ing day!

^^^she was ****ing doing a concert in a parking lot and a year and a half later she was winning a Grammy!

Thanks for reading this btw! I hope i've brought back some memories to some of you who have been here for that long!

Going through this post I relived every single one of these moments. The "lost sunglasses" video is iconic. :toofunny: I miss 08/09, those times were just something else.

So many memories.  In middle school I tried to replicate her picture glasses with two digital picture key chains and huge sunglasses.  I couldn't see but that wouldn't stop me from walking around like I was fierce

What somebody dare dsilike Gaga's debut album?!

I've read so many comments begging her to go back to her The Fame days so I didn't know there are people who dislike it. Like, HOW DARE THEY!?!

Each of Gaga's era holds a memory so each of them is so memorable for me.

I always wanted a disco stick and the fame glasses, seeing her dominating the world was the best thing ever

I still have all the fame era performances on my ipod and watch them almost every day T.T

I get really pissed of when people here diss that masterpiece of an era, SHE WAS ON FIRE

Been a fan since the early days and I think some of those songs are nothing than a filler. She added Paper Gangsta in after the first version (blue letters on cover). PG really doesn't fit in with the theme as well.

Also how can Boy Boys Boys be your 2nd least favorite song? Flop fan

They added Paper Gangsta and Starstruck later because at first it was released in Canada and then USA, so they added some R&B songs for the GP. PG can be a filler but still one of the best, same with Starstruck. Paper Gangsta fits because it was her being rejected from DefJam but then habing success with her debut single Just Dance ,that was already a hit when they added PG to the reissued version of the album. The ukranian version had the original tracklist too as the 1st Australian release.

Boys Boys Boys is my least fave from the album (I like it but not that much) yeah, and I don't have a reason. I can't like everything. I love I Like It Rough and Money Honey instead.
