But what I meant by my post is that we haven't even heard LG5 yet and people are saying that "Oh Adele released ONE successful single that means Gaga will have nothing on her as long as she stays active in the industry". Some of us aren't even giving Gaga the time of day compared to Adele and I just don't think it's fair to do that to her. We know what Gaga is capable of, and yet we keep dismissing it in comparison to her colleagues. I'm not being delusional, I'm being FAIR. And I've heard Adele's music. "Hello" seems to be the only single that people are paying attention to and thus, basing Gaga's "imminent" Grammy loss on (which I think is ludicrous). The Grammy's are a popularity contest. If Gaga holds her own and delivers (which I'm sure she will), her knocking out Adele is not outside the realm of possibility. Music not the bling, but ya know.
