And I feel like she found companionship in many pop culture celebrities like The Kardashians, Beiber, Madonna, Katy, Swift, and the such and their influence has changed her. I don't think we'll have a "Born This Way" Gaga anymore, honestly. I feel like this is just one of her opinions that may have changed. Something tells me Gaga's still Gaga, but the LG5 era is going to show us a much more different Gaga... I feel Gaga's going to conform a little more to what people want her to be for some reason. I feel like whenever I see her lately her face is constantly changing, I don't dislike her face now, but I was re-watching old ARTPOP promo and dying a little inside. Look at how gorgeous and naturally beautiful she looks here, as in, no fillers. I dunno, I assume it's the Hollywood lifestyle and the enormous pressure to stay young, but she is young. A quick research on how Gaga's feeling lately should tell us how happy she's been: or at least to what extent she's showing. Anyhow, it's obvious that these fillers, lip and cheek, are done from a place of confidence. I doubt that she feels insecure or anything. And I respect that. Regarding how a bit tragic she looks, again, some research would tell you that she's just had her fillers injected in so it won't look as optimal as it would be. Fillers are natural and the body will break it down eventually: hence, temporary and non-damaging. Youtube is your friend regarding learning more. Obviously some of you were just quick to rip into her without knowing a single thing about fillers.
