Once you get one you want to keep on improving and improving until it gets out of control, except the difference between that and an addiction to drugs or alcohol, it is permanent, and if you go too far you can never reverse it, theres no rehab for plastic surgery overdose. This is why so many Real Housewife people look so manufactured. If you start off with one procedure you'll only go further down the rabbit hole. We also need to take into account that her make up is different like EVERY DAY lol, and make up really does make huge differences when it comes to the way someone looks. Maybe in 5 years she realizes that she doesn't need to get those fillers to feel pretty. But now she needs us. Forever, we are her fans. (Feel free to leave this fanbase. Im not talking to the OP.) It's something we can relate. To feel insecure about our looks. Little Monsters never felt beautiful until the day Gaga entered our life. I know, it's not everyone who felt insecure as a Little Monster but can't you show a little bit of empathy? It's always better to reach her a hand and try to listen to her in what she is saying, even if you don't understand whats going on in her head.
