But if she is, she can do whatever she wants with her body, it is hers. As long as she feels confortable. She is frequent visitor in Epione cosmetic dermatology clinic. And they are not there for make up there's like dozen of pap shot of her going there... Im really sad shes destroying her face alreay. She only looks tired, her bleached hair makes her seem older and she is very pale. Also lightning, posture and weight make a lot of differences. It's obvious she hasn't had a nosejob, her nose looks exactly the same. Although I believe that if she is going to this cosmetic clinic for temp procedures, is because she isn't completeley satisfied witht he way she looks naturally. Wouldn't it be better to get a permanent change (like a nosejob) instead of constantly getting your face injected? Some people here seem to be really freaked out by the idea of Gaga doing something permanent to her face, and I believe it woukldn't be a bad idea if she is looking for something that's not natural in her, during these frequent visits at that clinic! And I think that doesn't go against the "Born This Way" preaching! I personally had a nosejob many years ago, and couldn't be more satisfied, I love the way I look, I wouldn't change any other thing in my body. I'm really skinny and lots of people always tell me to work out and increase my muscles, I love being skinny. But I remember I didn't like my nose, so when it changed , I completely accepted myself. I think I used to be more unnatural before the surgery. What I mean is that, you can love and like yourself to the maximum but if there is one detail you don't completely like and it's changeable...
