She has been implying it a lot lately, but never directly saying it. Other than that, this has been blown way out of proportion. He's simply saying "If I'm not qualified, then she's not qualified because *insert argument here*." I don't think he's really trying to say she couldn't be president. It wasnt so against Sanders like I would expect it. Has Hillary said what he is saying she said?
