With the alarming amount of GGD members encouraging stalking and advocating for fans to harrass their idols, I'm more and more concerned for Gaga's physical well-being, especially considering that she is very close with her fans. It's disgusting that you're comparing excited Lady Gaga fans to Yolanda Saldivar If you really want to get into Selena and know more about her story then I suggest you read her sister Susie's book and listen to Selena's trejano music especially her debut album. Yes it's possible that ANY artist can end up like Selena if they deal with a psycho person like Yolanda but Selena went to the motel Yolanda was staying at with no body guards. In no way was I negatively commenting on Gaga's appearance, artistry or personality, which is unfortunately generally accepted and encouraged on this site. The only thing I've been criticising is the behaviour of a big chunk of this fanbase and provided it with another example of the same kind of fake "love and care" and entitlement a lot of people on here have for Gaga, which led to a tragic outcome. I could have used the example of John Lennon as well, who was shot by a crazy stalker fan. It isn't as much a "Gaga Thought" as it is a Gaga Fanbase Thought.
