Check the actual sales in that countries, you can get on top of the iTunes with 5 copies sold:neyde:

ARTPOP is the latest pop album by arguably the biggest name in pop. Virtually everyone already has the fame monster anyway so there is no one left to buy it. Congrats gaga still slaying the charts after 3 years away from pop!
