It is actually an incredibly basic album wrapped in the image of being experimental. Nothing about it is groundbreaking.

No, honey If I Were A Boy, Halo, Sweet Dreams were meant for the pop stations where they dominated. Single Ladies, Diva, and Ego were meant for the urban stations were they dominated. Single Ladies just happened to be an urban single that took off on platforms. Rihanna is probably doing the same for both of these singles.

Kiss It Better is the best song on the album. Hopefully the trash Work won't overshadow it.
