GTA 6 is in development

Yeah I've never thought of a female protag before. What a shame lol. I think now is the perfect time to do it because the world seemz more liberal, but the sad part is I'd imagine all of the stupid little game boy freaks finding ways to do sick things with the character.

My wishlist:

 

1. Go on the Saints Row route and allow people to create and customize their character

2. Let people bring gang members with them

3. Let people go inside jails

4. Team up with spotify or iTunes to get actual radio

5. Better post game, or a whole new storyline

6. Different actions impact the whole storyline

8. Free online services & an online story mode

9. Let players go into an airport & travel to other cites

 

Personally it would be cool to have it be in Buffalo, NY bc it has super rich areas, nice neighborhoods & a great Downtown... but it also has some really poor neighborhoods and they could create gangs + from there it would be cool to have Niagara Falls & going to Toronto and having to smuggle stuff across the border, GTA has yet to do an International game

 

Other great + more realistic options are Chicago, Detroit or even Las Vegas (imagine going to Grand Canyon or them bringing back Area 51 but less of a gag)

This!!! I'm so pissed they took away the airplane feature.. If you think about it, San Andreas is like a masterpiece. Its way ahead of its time and they haven't topped it in terms of storyline or gameplay.

Well if they ever do a gay or a female character I'd for sure be part of the people who would try to find ways to do sick things with them.

Can't open the link but anyway, I've read at some tech forum few months ago that someone from Rockstar has confirmed that next main character (or one of them) is going to be a woman which I think would be really cool.

I'm glad that they will be keeping it in the US, because if they moved it to a different country it would lose a lot of the humour that comes from the stereotypical portrayals of america, which is a staple of the series. I think it would most likely be set in Vice City if we don't get a new location, I would love if they included the option to visit Los Santos as well, because that would definitely be possible on todays computers. 

I'm pissed that we never got a story DLC for GTA V though, I was waiting for that s**t for two years after they announced it -_-

I think by the time GTA VI comes around rockstar will of begun to move away from their stereotypical portrayals of women. I was also surprised at how yay gay GTA V was, With Franklin dragging homophobic characters, as well as Trevor pretty much coming out as gay with both other protag's saying they're cool with it as long as he's happy.

But wouldn't be it be nice if it's set in a Non-American city, but from an American perspective? Basically also a stereotypical portrayal of Americans's opinions about foreign land.

That's a really good point actually! 90% of the humour is satire relating to the US. BUT they could do something along the lines of what was done in Big Hero 6 which worked brilliantly, the city way called San Fransokyo and was a combination of San Fransisco and Tokyo. It had the whole Tokyo theme going on, but the characters and culture was very American.
