William Celli, a 55-year-old man from California, will spend 90 days in jail after being caught in possession of an explosive device and threatening to kill Muslims. Celli took a plea deal that places him on probation for a further three years and bans him from operating an active Facebook profile.

Celli was arrested on Dec. 20, 2015 after yelling “I’m going to kill you all” outside the Islamic Society of West Contra Costa County in Richmond, California. Police later found and detonated an explosive device at Celli’s residence after receiving tips that he was constructing homemade explosives.

Celli had taken to social media in the past to express his admiration of Republican Presidential candidate Donald Trump. “Donald trumps on again I’m happy leaders okay but this guys a great point man I’ll follow this MAN to the end of the world,” Celli wrote on Facebook in October.

Well, Trump wants to ban muslims and refugees because of their "connection" to terrorists. How is it the fault of peaceful muslims?

90 days is nothing for this asshole. The stupidity of threatening to bomb all muslims. Where is the difference between terrorists and this scum of humanity?

You need to stop swearing.

It's like asking what do some terrorists have to do with ISIS after you've seen them praising Abu Bakr Al-Baghdadi on social media.

How is this guy different? He didn't just threaten to kill them all, he had homemade explosives.

If he would be muslim, he'd be sent to Guantanamo for torture, which Trump loves.

Trump's hateful rhetoric is clear big inspiration here.

"man I’ll follow this MAN to the end of the world"

Well, nowhere in the article does it mention it's his fault, so no need to get defensive.

Then again why are you being defensive? Trump clearly had a part in this.

If Trump wasn't inciting this sort of thing every other day on a public forum, this sort of blind zealotry may not be spreading as much as it is. Trump is bringing out all the bigots from their hiding places and making bigotry seem OK.

This person may not have been operating under direct orders from Trump, but there's no question where he's finding his inspiration from.

I'll take advice about "hate" from someone who doesn't have the triple six glamorized in their name.

Have you guys seen the type of people and what they are doing that are against Trump?

Stomping on the flag

Flipping people off

Attacking police officers

Telling veterans to go to Hell

Illegally parking in the middle of the freeways to block people from showing up, blocking traffic and inducing panic

Threatening assassination

Spitting on people's children

Attacking Trump himself on stage

Grabbing Trump supporters' signs and ripping them up

Burning flags

Wearing pro-ISIS regalia

Wearing KKK outfits

......the list goes on. These have all happened and come from Trump protestors. It's all over youtube.

So basically you're going for the Quid Pro Quo defense to justify Trump?

None of your examples have anything to do with the issue at hand because no major figure is advocating nor inciting physical violence against Trump, so these protesters are acting on their own accord.

Also most, if not all, of these in your list are a bit of a reach. People being disrespectful to Trump is hardly unwarranted given all that he's done to disrespect others. In any case, humans are humans after all. Do you expect the average person to be irreproachable...some pinnacle of morality? Even the most hard-lined pro-everything have their faults.

On the other hand, you have Trump himself going out of his way to incite violence (because apparently it works). Therein lies the difference. Here you have a figurehead used to justify bigotry. Just look at how he's getting away with all that he's saying with virtually no loss in popularity. If that's not empowering to bigots, I don't know what is.
