I'm chinese and I have never heard of those  but maybe thats cause I'm from Singapore. I dont think my country has any nickname, its just little monsters.

But now I live in Norway so in Norwegian: lille mønstre - småmønstre but people just use little monsters here bc many like to use English not translated words
