Lol Interscope only has rights to Disco Heaven, Paparazzi, etc. Most of the other material is from Team Love Child which he owns a share of. If they were sold, Gaga could sue. He's not selling though and it's just as much his material therefore he can do as he pleases. I'm not saying I know anything, I'm just saying it's unlikely anyone else knows definitely either, so when you see statements from anyone like "He can release, no problem" you can't just believe it. Just like I can't say "he 100% is not allowed to release", because I don't know the details among all the business arrangements. Maybe he can, maybe he can't. She wasn't planning on releasing them (which would need his approval), do there's not a solid case.
