Iggy responds to Minaj shade

Whoa she looks like Gwenyth Paltrow here!

Gotta say, I have mad respect for how Iggy responds to the disses she gets. She conducts herself well and doesn't stoop down to petty insults, from what I've seen.

I don't know why she would respond. Nicki Minaj shades everyone outright and still acts like something is weird. People have said that about every attractive looking female rapper since Lil' Kim when she came out. People think cute females cannot possibly write their own raps.

She always deals with all this stuff in such a classy way and doesn't want to start fights - she's said so herself before. I think if you insult your fellow artists, that says more about you than it does about them. Only insecure artists bash other artists for no good reason. You'll notice how most legends never trash talk except if the situation really calls for it. It gets you so much respect if you never stoop to that level, especially if you're not even that big of a name, as you have more a license to be insecure and bitter, yet choose not to go there.

I actually didn't notice until now how many co-writers Nicki has and not just on her pop tunes. Up In Flames, a pure rap solo song, has 4 additional co-writers. Champion, a pure rap song, has 6 additional co-writers. Right By My Side, a pure RnB/rap song, has 7 additional co-writers. Only, a pure rap song, has 7 additional co-writers. Trini Dem Girls, a pure reggae/rap song, has 8 additional co-writers. Now, all but one of these tracks have 1-3 feature verses on them, so there's some allowances for that, but still, that's a lot. If, in the case of Champion, there's 4 authentic rappers on the track, including Nicki, why should there be a need for any other co-writers at all? Surely between 4 rappers, they can come up with one track without any outside interference? I'm not saying Nicki doesn't write - she does. The credits on her debut album, her Roman Reloaded re-release and her mixtapes testify to that. But after her debut, a lot more co-writers started creeping up and not just on her pop tunes, surprisingly. Yet, she gets a free pass for the most part and we criticise Iggy for having the same number of co-writers? This is what I mean when I say Iggy gets unfairly picked on.
