Iwontell 7,312 Posted March 23, 2016 Share Posted March 23, 2016 She's not going around as much, to begin with...when she was touring with Tony, less than a year ago, she'd go to bars, interact with ppl, take photos...it's not like she built a wall to keep ppl away. Right now she's focusing on finishing the album - isn't that what everyone has been bitching about for a year or so? - so of course there's not going to be a lot of contact with the audience... And I do feel a change, but for the better...she's growing up, she has her own personal life now to devote her time to...she's becoming a real person, not a 24/7 entity that's there to fulfill our neediness and create that cult-like mentality of 2011 (I jumped ship back then, by the way), that was the crazy moment, not now. I frankly prefer the way things are now, I identify with her much more, I feel she's growing up, maturing and learning a lot, and I hope all that reflects on her work and on her posture in the future... She mentioned that people don't treat her like a normal person anymore and she was really grateful to the survivors who joined her in the Oscars when they treated her like she was one of them.. a human being. For someone who calls himself a fan.. this sure shows a lot of empathy... and positivity. I'm GLAD that she's not the way she was before. She was in a lot of pain and used her music, her outfits and her performances as a means to lessen that pain. She was lonely and unhappy and her fans made her feel better. Even ARTPOP was an album which she put her pain into. But not this one. She has grown up and she's trying to move on. I suggest you do the same. I can't recall another pop star that's given that much attention and love to their fans as much as Gaga. Meanwhile, some of you guys treat her like **** and are ungrateful. It's reprehensible. If Gaga isn't doing what you need from an artist you follow, find one who is. Gaga has grown up and changed over the last decade. Some fans have grown with her, some haven't.
