I love Americano for it's over the top cheesy fun (choreo still tragic tho). The SXSW performance is one of the best rawest and most authentic things she's ever done. I loved and got emotional but couldn't shake of the feeling that it wasn't Gaga. Very Overrated. -She's not a jazz singer. And she barely tried to be a jazz singer. She sings traditional american songs, not jazz. -I rather she not play piano than trying cause it's really awful and basic, too many times (though i hope she's working on it). -I would enjoy her going back to be shamefully fake and plastic. Everything she does has much fakeness and is staged and i think it was more morally correct when she admitted that, in the beginning. Now she doesn't do that because it can cost her the whole fanbase. (ex: that broadway staged emotion in TIHTY, for me it's obvious but many really believe she's feeling it and she's exorcising the pain. But it's just a performance, she might had forced herself to remember some painful memories, as every actor does, to make it more credible. I think this is pretty serious. She uses too much the ambiguity of some situations and it comes out as not being very correct. Think this turns off many people, even if they don't understand what it is. Hope she manages to control the personna and her perfomance and isn't afraid to sacrifice her image but stays true to her concept and principles. -Scheisse is a bit cringe worthy, though i love it, when i get into it Well that's enough for today Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
