I don't care Sam Smith won, I actually just started listening to his music a couple of months ago, I tend to avoid the radio most of the time but I listened to his album and I enjoyed it. Still, I think that Bond song wasn't as good as Skyfall or even Manta Ray (Which was one of the nominees) but I guess it's the Oscars. It's one of those feelings.. like when Born This Way didn't win any awards and I felt like it deserved at least one, but I guess Adele deserved it as well. The difference here is that Adele is 100x better than Sam, so at least losing to her was "alright." The Gaga that we know would be happy about that, which is the important thing here, it's just that some fans start hating other artists when Gaga doesn't get an award or a #1 hit song.
