Hilary Duff has fired her previous manager and hired Scooter Braun as her new manager who also manages Justin Bieber and many other artists. Hilary will not be touring for her recent album "Breathe In. Breathe Out." and will be recording new music instead.

lol he pushed Tori Kelly into every single promo spot in past year.

He pushed Really Like You by Carly down the people's throats but people just didn't like it
