YouTube recommended me this track and even though it has maybe one too many instruments/production elements happening in the background it's a pretty cute bop:

And even though it's J-Pop the production and style of singing feel closer to a K-Idol release imo

Fun Fact: The K in KPop stands for "Kate Bush"

Oh work this is good too, I might stan

But why are most of their album covers low-quality collages with images of random models as if they're one of those fake, algorithm-made artists created by streaming factories? dddd :rip: It's not even like all of their visuals are equally poorly executed, the music videos I've seen have decent production value, same for the actual music :rip:

Correct me if I’m wrong but isn’t this like common in kpop (unless you’re in the big 3 + HYBE)?

In K-Pop, everything costs money, this includes the entire training period. The money they earn is to pay of their debt first.

Now they get housing and food from the company, and probably an allowance as well. But no actual income so far untill everythings paid. Also, their company has been in financial issues.

Some groups might never get paid from debut till disbandment. Its the harsh reality.

kinda shocked cuz loona not nugu no more and they do have good album sales but then again the whole kpop budget insane (especially since all the mvs look expensive, and then the styling, etc)
