Taylor 964 Posted December 16, 2016 Author Share Posted December 16, 2016 Replacement MBP isn't even "prepairing for dispatch" which usually happens the day before it's actually shipped. I spoke with the chat person (which took over 20 minutes) to connect, who said the replacement should ship either tomorrow or Sunday with delivery next Wednesday or Thursday. I asked to be transfered to a supervisor, but he said he couldn't do that. I'm like... I have an email that says my order will be shipped Friday, however the order status says the order is still "processing" and not prepairing to be shipped. I also asked for an email address to contact a supervisor, as I'd wasted too much time waiting for the chat to connect (and didn't have the time to wait on the phone), but he said he couldn't. I managed to dig up an email address of a woman that works at Apple's GB HQ that I was put in contact with over 4.5 years ago due to an issue with another order. She said she would manage my order from here on out (which she did well the last time too, I guess, when I had the other issue years ago). She said "I am aware we now have tight delivery deadline with Christmas being so soon, but I'm working with our manufacturers to get your order built and shipped out as soon as possible so you can get it as quickly as possible" Built... my laptop hasn't been freaking built yet! what the **** were they gonna ship me today?
