They were supposed to call by 5pm UK time (It's now 6:30pm) to give me an update on the status of their "recovery" of the parcel. I've sent them another email (phone line now closed). I then contacted Amazon UK to see if they could do anything about handing the parcel over to DHL, but since it's not an Amazon UK order they said they couldn't help me. I've now just sent an email to Amazon Japan to see if there is anything they can do. Mercedes have also refused to investigate the case of my car further which is really shocking. Have an appointment tomorrow to get my car fixed. The manager said we'd "negotiate" on the price (last week they said it'd be the equivalent of $1000 for the critical things that need fixed...).
