waterfall 791
perfect song for the end of the summer. it kinda reminds me of the early 2010s. legit all the izone girlies dropping smash after smash. kinda want them to do a reunion years later. glitch - underwater - the flash what a trinity! waterfall 791
new releases (08/18/23): Spoiler i really dig this. perfect for the fall. and i actually really enjoy the tt. my fav twice project in ages. the last one i really enjoyed in full was formula of love. the nayeon mini was cute too. so much better than i expected ngl!!! everglow came back after TWO years. im not sure how i feel about slay. its kinda adios 2.0 aka the only tt i don't like for them. their vocals really slayed tho and they sounded pretty during that prechorus. i think it'll grow on me by halloween time since it sounds very dark. rn for me: la di da > first (ik its really noisy but i just really liked it. bg music done right) > bon bon chocolate > slay

It's classic Utada, very much their sound. I like the new Wednesday Campanella song. For some reason it sounds a ton like another one of their songs to me but I might be imagining it or having deja vu, cuz I can't think of what song it's reminding me of. New Chanmina recently as well, not my favorite but it's not bad (the music video is so extra though lol): Also ai otsuka came out with a new song recently that's about as close to sounding like Love Tricky as she's gotten since 2015 My five favorite jpop acts all putting out new songs within a month of each other and I pretty much like all of them... a new golden age tbh

I think it feels a little bit like a cousin track to their other single Alice. That Ai Otsuka song There's another single out called Freeky and it's a breezy, funky little bop: Will we finally have a second Ai Otsuka album that we enjoy? Also, I found out recently that the vocalist from MONDO GROSSO's Labyrinth (Hikari Mitsushima) has kicked off her solo career as of this year and one of her first singles is a nice housey moment produced by Mondo Grosso himself: Fun Fact: The K in KPop stands for "Kate Bush"
PopReaper 2,229
On the topic of recent K-Pop releases, this is the first TripleS song I'm completely obsessed with: Wish it had been the title track Fun Fact: The K in KPop stands for "Kate Bush"
