Maybe for GP is, but for us who know the song for a year and saw some interviews that Gaga and Diane gave, it cant. Thats pretty common for people who have been through stressful experiences. I remember in the MTN video during the dance rehersal scene she rubbed the left side of her neck while warming up. I specifically remember that because i used to have a lot of pain in that exact spot and i realize now it was because of some stressful things i experienced. I think she directed very well the conversation, we need to have time to gather and have real conversations. The pain she feels and talks about seems to be a bit of many things put together. And i feel like she's not only talking about a singular incident but a period that changed her.
