Omar Vela 2,744
I think nostalgic people should be happy because this is an alternative genderbend version instead of a 100% remake. And the original cast was a bunch of geeky/not attractive males so it's ok that in this version the women aren't really attractive neither

Dorothy Gale 7,575
This trailer really pisses me off. So try hard and I don't like that the one black lady is the one who isn't a scientist. The original wasn't even about science, it seems like feminist propaganda, and people saying they want to watch it because of an all female cast should reevaluate their lives. I hope this fails at the box office so I can stop seeing that blonde nobody everywhere.
nikola 4,342
i love it.....its really sad to see people hating it just because its all female cast......but if it was all male remake they would love it I've got an "F" and a "C" and I got a "K" too And the only thing that is missing is a bitch like "U"

Pablo 7,815
I don't think it looks good. Modern movies have gone to the pits, so much has been recycled that I feel that every movie is just rehashed jokes and situations. LoveandMagic 1,731
God, I hate Meninists. Why people SHOULD be worried about this film is that the original cast isn't involved, including the main writer (Harold Ramis, RIP), not that "teh weminz" are "taking over." They just look like idiot Dude-bros who probably spend every Friday night crying in a dark room in front of their computer screens with a Michael Bay movie in the background. Of course they are going to recast this. The original cast is much, much older (and Egon is dead) and most of them weren't interested in a sequel. They picked some well known comedians for the job (as much as the Meninists hate it, Kristen and Melissa are very popular). I personally could care less if it's an all female or all male cast. I would have been cool with a mix, but I like this group just fine. I like that it isn't a straight remake too (I'm getting sick of those). And I'm sorry it really bothers the Dude-bros, but last I checked, Ghostbusters wasn't a boys only club. People need to really examine their own lives if they can't handle the thought of female folk holding a proton pack. It always fascinates me how guys can't handle it when a woman is cast in "guys" role. Stop living in 1954 and trying to turn everything into a ****ing crusade. Grow up, little boys. Girls don't have cooties and just because they like to play in the same sand-box doesn't mean you can't still pick your nose in it. Just repeat to yourself, "It's just a show. I should really just relax."

IMHO it's more about a backlash from all the "must-PC-characters" trend. It's sad because they're not doing it here. If they were a hardcore fans, they already know, there were Extreme Ghostbuster which absolutely PC; A minority, a woman, a stoner, and a person with disability. *PC = Politically Correct (ノ◕ヮ◕)ノ✧*:・゚ dancin' until i'm dead (*´艸`*) ♡♡♡

In my opinion, based on what I've seen, that seems to be the case most of the time. I remember the cartoon vaguely. Were there two versions of it? I heard later seasons weren't that good. avalon x 4,153
I honestly loved the trailer.. and I was looking forward to the movie anyway just because of the cast. (Melissa and Kristen are my fave ) But I'm afraid it won't be well-received by the public since the gp isn't a huge fan of Melissa, Kristen or Kate. (or girls in general ) Not that I care, I'll still enjoy the movie. I just want it to do well.
