Most of the time, with Gaga's team, the thing does not leak until a week or two before the album's release, unless Gaga herself decides to leak it. If you get too many, you eventually get kicked out/banned from this site. You can get a wp for being rude, bullying etc. In this case, the user would get a wp not because of the pic, but because that user posted a useless comment "AP", which means Already Posted. It is useless because it does not notify any moderators that the thread has already been posted. Instead, if a thread has already been posted, you should report/flag the thread so it can notify any moderator and they can decide whether to delete the thread or merge it with the existing thread. It's a "warning point" and it wouldn't be because of that picture, it's because they posted "AP" which means already posted. The mods don't like us saying it because I guess it's ineffective and plus us saying that kind of ruins if they wanted to just merge two similar threads/topics together.
