I basically rotated between Gwen/Fergie/Nelly exclusively during that time haha. Ahh I miss it. till this very day I tend to listen to those 3 albums. Wish they would come back with similair quality material

James Gibson 3,480
Well, Gaga was really doing impact in 2009 but I'd put Beyoncé with her. I Am... Was really big. Also she could be 2014 with Taylor. Rihanna kinda slayed in 2012 also with Katy. She was having the We Found Love, TTT followed by Unapologetic era. It was big And Taylor should be considered with Adele in 2015 for sure. She dominated the whole year and was the only relevant pop act. Adele only appeared at the end
Babel 41,430
Mariah definitely dominated 2005. We belong together was #1 for 14 weeks and was named song of the 2000s decade. She even cockblocked herself at the top, Shake it off was #2 when WBT was #1. Also The emmancipation of Mimi was named her BIG comeback after her breakdown years before. She won 3 Grammys and everything. The list of achievement goes on.

I know SIO would have been #1 had WBT not blocked it, but gwen had Hollaback girl which owned like 5 months of the year, not to mention rich girl, cool, and I think another single? It's definately a toss up between the two
