Total kick in the face to Gaga when she was down especially since Katy and Miley still got nominated (but thankfully came up empty). I was actually expecting Gaga to lose to Sam despite the expert opinions because until recently, the GP was in love with Sam, calling him "the male Adele", and he was all over radio in 2015.
