What more damage could it do to his career if he lets her go?

If somebody chopped him up like Sashimi and fed his mortal remnants to the alligators in the Lousiana swamps, I would not be sad.

while im inclined to believe Kesha as her struggle seems genuine... Theres no 100% proof so we have only her word

i wasnt there to see it, i only see bits and pieces of what media shows.

So im not taking sides

(This is in no way an attack on you. I respect your stance, I just want to start a conversation about this because I have seen others say the same thing.)

But then wouldn't that apply to most all sexual assault victims? Because you could say the same thing about Gaga, or really anyone else who you didn't WITNESS being raped.

I think an important part of dealing with sexual assault is believing the victims brave enough to come forward. The mindset of "I can't be sure" then pushes people to doubt all victims, and their struggles aren't validated. That's a slippery slope because people could then justify doubting all sexual assault.

Furthermore, don't studies show more than 95% of rape accusations are found to be true?

The only correct stance to take is to be supportive of the alleged victim without assuming the guilt of their accuser. Both people remain human beings with the right to tell their side of the story.

Usually ppl dont lie about this stuff which again is why im inclined to believe her

all im saying tho is because everyone is suppostu be inmocent till proven guilty, u cant judge them or call them scums and comdenm them as people unless theres proof (in this case Dr Luke)

Its frustrating. But theres always a small percentage of cases in which accusations are false and made up for alterior motives

nevertheless an accusation if this proof or no proof needs to be taken seriously, but for the supposed attacker, proof is required, which unfortunately is hard to come by

Im also making the point that none of us know Kesha or Dr Luke in person neither have any of us been present in court

So us hearing this from the bits media reports we especially have to be careful with any conclusions we rush to

thats all im saying. Not trying to invalidate Keshas issues tho
