We knew that Sam and Gaga were in a close race. He also won the Golden Globe. You clearly dont know how the Oscars work.
Bambino 24,290
You know it was an amazing performance that deserved to win when Regina George herself (actually Rachel McAdams lol) cried a bit once the performance was over.

Considered the worst 007 song by MANY MANY people won over a song that empowers victims of rape, you do the math. I Met Lady Gaga On February 7th, 2016; Attended Superbowl 51 and Coachella 2017. Yes, there were many better Bond songs, but they didnt were nominated tonight. And you cant give the Oscar to someone just because it empowers victims of rape. That should happen independently and The Academy gave their stage for this message.

It would've looked better for the if mantaray or simple song #3 had won. I Met Lady Gaga On February 7th, 2016; Attended Superbowl 51 and Coachella 2017. People who voted for all the awards disagree with you.
Naufri 7,424
There's no, and there no will be backlash BUT the fact that Gaga's performance is being more talked than "Samesmi" winning means something. I think Gaga losing ruined a very emotional moment that could have been very iconic, it was a bit coitus interruptus.
