Press Says: "Lady Gaga didn't win an Oscar, but she won the Oscars...."

The articles are pouring in, and twitter in general along with Buzzfeed, Hollywood Life, Billboard, Huffington Post, Pop Sugar and more are sticking up for Lady Gaga saying "if Sam Smith were really a proud gay man he would have given his award to Lady Gaga" along with even some Sam Smith fans admitting "it was awkward to watch Gaga bring the house down a second year in a row with a song concerning rape victims, only to get snubbed ten minutes later....by a song that is one of the most forgettable Bond songs"...some tweets go as far as saying Gaga deserved the award by a landslide and that Sam Smith should be embarrassed after his "pitchy" performance.

It's amazing how much the GP is shaming the Oscar's and sticking up for Gaga. :applause:

Ok but this is not SAm's fault and he's under no obligation to pull a Macklemore. You really had to be delirious if you thought a Bond song wouldn't win Best Song. The Oscars are weird like that.

I'm just so furious that she knocked it out of the park with the last performance of the night two years in a row and they didn't even reward her...

Oscars are just full of rapist voters, why would they vote a song about rape awareness?

I hope ppl will start boycotting the Oscars and ratings will get down.

The purpose of the song and its performance is to deliver its message and to be taken seriously- to have an awareness and change. Not to solidify it winning the award just because it's performed there, people should not forget it.

The GP knows what's up...I think everyone in that ROOM also felt Gaga should've won, but oh well...what's done is done

Grammys  >> Oscars tbh

Oscars have become just so weird imo. There's something fishy always happening. The racial issues, weird wins and stuff. Grammys on the other hand had a nice, normal ceremony

I wasn't worried that she lost, because I knew that this would happen. People aren't blind and deaf.

But please, don't take this out on Sam. He's just another musician in the world doing his best in his own way.

I'll be myself until they fūcking close the coffin.
