Literally got tears in my eyes. Powerful lyrics, powerful song, visceral performance.

That performance was AMAZING. It made me wonder why ever it wasn't recorded with that stripped arrangement in the first place. The studio version has such a different identity, and this live version made the song unforgettable to me (I feel bad that most of Piece by Piece the album is underwhelming to me with the exception of a few songs).

 

I'm glad she went back in the studio to record it with that arrangement cuz I need to hear it over and over.

Amazing performance and amazing song  

I feel like if the studio would have been less pop and more ballad-ish like the live performance this could have been an adele-like song with amazing amount of success
