I like both but here Rihanna is a lot more talked about then Beyonce so I have to disagree I think Rihanna has managed to stay cool for so long I mean she is one of the freshest and most popular artists ever at the moment she is like an indestructible pop success machine who never seems to age what she has achieved is remarkable I feel Beyonce has faded out a lot I cant remember the last time I heard someone mention Beyonce or heard one of her songs on the radio here whereas Rihanna is so popular here in comparison

But Rihanna is cancelling dates of her tour for flopping while Beyoncé is selling out stadiums all over the world?

But Rihanna can't sell albums anymore (see Ain't sales) and will never reach self titled sales?

I totally agree, the fact that she achieved to have a #1 with S&M only because Britney got featured in the remix says a lot about the way she has #1 songs.

tbh i afree.....i like Rihanna even tho i hate ANTI......but yes she has those number ones.....but tbh she will be remembered as a girl with #1 hits.....and its a question how long will she have that.....i like her but she has no chance of becoming a legend......but at least she is getting them coins

Actually it does. She is massive and she hasn't even hit 30 yet. And I can see in her last two albums that she wants longevity and I believe she is going to accomplish that. She doesn't need to be like Beyoncé or Lady Gaga to be a legend. She will become one in her own right. She has paved her own lane and people who usually do that and accomplish that are remembered.

Fair enough, that's your view. I personally feel like she has a unique brand identity out of the crop of current pop girls. For example I think Work sounds like "a Rihanna song" and can't really see any of the others doing it. In comparison to someone like Katy Perry whose songs I feel like don't really have much personality, even though she writes all her music unlike Rihanna. I don't know, I guess it's just down to how you personally interpret an artist and their work. I'm not even a big fan of most of Rihanna's discography but I think she has her redeeming qualities where there's quite a lot of valid criticisms to be made about her.
