SLAYing 3,044
This is just a tip of the iceberg of what really happens in the industry .. It's a very dark place and till the time you're selling well ,no matter what sh!t your'e singing .. Your'e good .. The moment you go down the hill .. you are treated like the same sh!t you once made millions singing about ! Pretty much the G.U.Y ( ARTPOP ) video intro .... lego 44,165
Maybe they dr luke were hoping she would join Club 27 so she'd have one song in her discography, which would become extremely popular after that. FreePalestine
Dominic 11,922
It proves nothing except she, like a lot of artists, have to do things they don't particularly want to in order to make money/sell. Copious artists have to record or release tracks they don't want to. It's not new and doesn't mean rape. It just means she doesn't have the creative freedom she would like. These tweet threads are getting a little ridiculous now as none will uphold in a court of law. The hardest thing in this world is to live in it
Levine 22,467
I'm sorry, but this thread only proves that she is a liar. Weeks before this statement she said "I definitely make sure that every word rings true to me because I would never want to misrepresent myself to millions of people around the world ... I wrote and wrote and rewrote that song ten times." And then, after the the Newtown massacre, she said she was forced to sing those lyrics? TMZ clocked her http://www.tmz.com/2012/12/19/kesha-die-young-ralphie-show-radio-lyrics-newtown/#ixzz2FWw2qLwq

TMZ clocked her http://www.tmz.com/2012/12/19/kesha-die-young-ralphie-show-radio-lyrics-newtown/#ixzz2FWw2qLwq You really hate her, don't you? some comments under "TMZ, there is no scandal here and you know it. If you read her full tweet, rather than the out of context quote you put here, she's referring to the two words die young, which she has in quotes. Not the full song. So what? She objected to two words and was overruled by her producer. That doesn't mean she was lying. Her producer said in an interview in September that there had originally been a different chorus. Nate Ruess wrote a new chorus that her producer liked it better. With ignorant people attacking her unfairly and calling her childish names on places like Twitter and TMZ, she probably got upset and her frustration about the change in chorus came out. Kesha was likely referring to the verses that she wrote over and over again, which don't have the words die young, because it was already well known that Nate had written the chorus. She's never once claimed that she solely wrote any song other than Past Lives. If she had sent the tweet about Past Lives, it would have been a problem. But Die Young has five listed writers. Stop the interrogation of Kesha and put the blame back where it belongs on the killer." "Ke$ha didn't write the hook for Die Young. Once that Nate guy from Fun came into the mix the chorus changed. Why doesn't anyone do any research. If you Google an MTV Post "Ke$ha Gets 'Raw' On Warrior -- Without Rihanna" Way back in September Dr Luke talks about it. .. " We first had a different chorus on it, and it was pretty good," he revealed. "Then we did another one with Nate, and we liked the vibe of it better. Kesha responded to this and said she was FORCED to sing "Die Young". This was tweeted years ago. Surely this is evidence to help backup Kesha's case? This was when an incident happened. Children killed. I forgot but something about like that. Quit posting without researching.

Killa 15,560
It certainly promotes that idea most of us have that Kesha is the party girl that's never sober and always a bit tipsy. But let's be honest, that's her personna, i don't know her but that's the artist she portrays. Fun songs, going crazy without thinking much of it. The message isn't very positive though, but for me this isn't that serious. The song is fun, guess i'm not native speaker so it doesn't have same impact

EDIT: misjudged the situations, disregard. Are u serious ? Gaga wrote and produced the song. Nobody forced her to create this song or sing this song. The label just choosed HER created song as the first single. This comparison is just, sorry, very dumb.
