You are not convicted and she isn't going to start a case but she announced it on social media. How would you feel if Gaga accused your brother of rape? You don't know if he did anything. She says yes and he says no. There isn't any evidence and there won't be a trial but she announced it on social media. What will happen? Monsters will blindly believe her, sending you death threats and you get the stigma of a rapist. In this case I do think Luke is guilty but I mean an option like this should always be taken into consideration, we don't yet live in a completely honest flawless society, people still do many horrible things and at the same time lie to unseen extent to achieve what they want. I mean, have you seen the pictures of Kesha after the ruling? She looked genuinely distressed and heart-broken. If someone starts being nasty with many people there are high chances for the same someone to manifest the same behaviour towards other people Well , for example, Kelly Clarkson, Avril Lavigne, P!nk, Marina and the Diamonds and probably others too didn't had good experiences with him since he was manipulative, possessive, rude etc. towards them but whatever, you will still defend him saying it's irrelevant Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

Dr. Luke mentally and emotionally abused her, plus he also gave her no creative freedom whatsoever. She was in rehabilitation for the beginning of 2014, because Dr. Luke aided in Kesha developing an eating disorder, by calling her a "fuuuucking refridgerator" and telling her that she "needs to lose weight". Plus, she has been forced to do things she didn't want to do, such as singing Die Young. At the end of 2012, Kesha spoke out for the first time saying "I didn't even want to do this record (Die Young). Everything I wanted didn't get included on this album (Warrior)." and then said something along the lines of "My record label makes me do things I honestly don't want to do." She then went on another rant in 2013 saying that she wanted Love Into The Light, Dirty Love, Gold Trans Am, and Last Goodbye as singles; however, her record label chose Crazy Kids.. Made a shittty remix with Will.I.Am and Pitbull, then said goodbye to that era after. How is any of this fair to Kesha? Everyone is focusing on the rape and saying "meh, she could be lying." But it's not just about the rape... Regardless if it's true or not, Kesha is in a very unhealthy and mentally dangerous situation. However, many victims STILL don't come forward and are not included in this statistic. I personally don't think it's right to label Luke a rapist until it's proven however, other artists who have worked with him or close to him have very strong opinions of him and have come out to support Ke$ha. You can't label him a rapist, but there's a reason he's got this notoriety in the business and if for some bizarre reason these allegations are fabricated, you have to ask, how did he push her to do such a thing? She's been underpaid for her work, not credited where she should be and has been stuck in limbo because of this awful contract she took out in hope of making her life better all whilst being mentally and physically abused (although it's only the physical abuse people are latching onto in trying to discredit, which is interesting) Honestly, it's a tricky subject but there's also a lot off with this case (from what we've got.) (Although, I'll admit Dr. Luke is a bit suspicious) but i'm not gonna point fingers just because someone cried about it. Theres his side, her side, and the truth. At this point i don't think we will ever know what really happen. sorry but i watched 12 angry men, gone girl and took some criminal justice class so i have trust issues when it comes to these situations. Little monsters are nasty creatures that keep receipts and will not waste the opportunity to add salt and poison to an open wound. Out of topic but the reason Kesha lost the case was that the judge saw that she had a REASON to lie. She had a motive which was to get out of a long-term contract. I am not saying she did lie but then the judge saw the whole case as a way for her to get out of the contract and didn't care much about her accusation of sexual harassment/ abuse.
