Ronlop 6,882
Do you miss Gaga's Pre-C2C Singing Voice?
Red 97,985
It's not like there is a huge difference If you see me posting like crazy, I'm either bored or procrastinating.
Clip 5,100
I don't know what you're talking about. During CTC she still used a "high" voice (pitch voice? How do I say this? The opposite of low) and she still did some rock performances like the If I Ever Loose My Faith In You one, where she sang with her rock raw voice. BuzzcutSeason 3,307
Hahahahhaha Guys she's trained in different genre's for vocal technique. The things she's been singing like Jazz and TIHTY are more oriented in classical and theatre. through the sound of music tribute, C2C, and everything else she's showing she can sing like that. When she releases pop music, she won't be singing like she did with tony, or in any of the tributes. It's a huge skill for someone to manipulate there voice for various genre's normally your trained in one, and no others.
Dorothy Gale 7,575
I think her voice is so much better. I always thought Gaga was a good singer, but comparing pre-C2C performances to post-C2C performances is like night and day for me.
atemybrain 2,077
I mean. Yes and no. I LOVE her high, long notes. But at the same time I miss her voice when it was like BTW and ARTPOP-ish. It changed drastically in the Artrave right after Anything Goes came out. For example with G.U.Y., in the last 1/3 of the Artrave shows, it didn't even sound like the same song, because she made her voice more jazz oriented. I have a feeling that is how LG5 is going to sound. (But I am ok with that.)
SychosSoChic 9,995
I love her voice now. But I do miss the old days. Feeling like things are kinda truly getting stale nowadays, need LG5 more than ya'll know Life ain't Hollywood for any one of us.
PunkTheFunk 124,437
Her voice sounds fuller to me now. Besides, we haven't heard her sing original pop music in like 30 years (or at least it feels like it) so I can't make a judgement until I hear LG5. SummerBoy15 131
her voice is a lot more mature and powerful now. I loved her voice then and I still love it now.
mee 381
Gaga sung the Oscar Tribute, on C2C album, TIHTY, Super Bowl, Imagine in different colours and techniques. That's how i like it. That's what impresses people, public, singers and artists the most about her, when she sings in different variations, like a music chameleon. That's very rare what she is doing with her voice. When i miss something, it's the time when she sung her pop songs with her rich dark colored voice like for example at these performances. This contrast between pop and her dark soulful voice has a very special appeal
Chump 1,093
I just miss the fierceness of her vocals during The Fame (Monster) era
Glory 2,247
Born This way rocky voice is the best, as long as it gets back i'm fine with it.
JbGaga 2,261
Yes and no. There are certain notes and effects she use to do I miss. I feel the change came durring ARTPOP tho not c2c. But her voice is defiantly stronger today when it comes to ballads and and strength. But I do miss her old voice sometimes
Brooke Hoegan 1,018
Well, her C2C voice was fine on the record and on her first tour dates. It only went down when she started screaming instead of singing (like with some final Bang Bang performances which are just unbearable). I'm very satisfied with her voice on all her albums. I even tend to kinda accept her voice on Dope since it was supposed to sound "ruined" by drugs and alcohol, I still don't like that delivery but it's artistically justified. I strongly dislike her screamo performances : What's Up at artRave being one of the worst and she even wasn't hitting several notes, and also some C2C performances from final shows when she just screams and it doesn't suit jazz at all, it was just ugly And her forced, growling delivery on TIHTY that is supposed to be "emotional" which I am not even gonna comment on... But with albums I am very satisfied
