Pop star Katy Perry’s company has been paid nearly $200,000 by the campaigns of presidential candidates she has endorsed, including Hillary Clinton, public records show.

Perry endorsed Clinton in October. Two months later, the Hillary for America campaign reported paying Perry’s company, Kitty Purry Inc., about $70,000 for “event production.”

If Gaga was offered money like Katy should she accept it and give Clinton support?

No she is silly for not supporting Bernie:noparty:

And that money is dirty, and linked to shady businesses like investment banks and private prisons.

But capitalize away KP lol

She should only lend her voice if she believes in the cause.

not because she wants to raise funds for her payola account and be a sellout :green:

Gaga is friends to the Clintons, I don't think she'd take money...
Tbh, I feel if there wasn't for the friendship, she might be supporting someone else...

ATTENTION: (bad) jokes and sarcasm are still a thing, so don't take everything I say literally. Thank you.

She might, endorsing and supporting is different. Expressing political opinion is dangerous for celebrities and even though she has been open about it in the past Bobby might be having her play it safe, it would describe her lack of input this election.

I don't think Gaga is driven by money, so that isn't the point here. If Hiliary has policies and an ideology Gaga agrees with and supports then why not?

I can't say I follow American politics very closely, being from the UK. As long as she doesn't mention that mess Trump or I'll have to reevaluate my love of Gaga :green:

Why should I? It's not like you're open to discussion anyway. Let's be real.
