She has to have with a respectable and big team of lawyers to embark into such thing. If the court sets a "bail-out" money Kesha has to pay Sony to be released from the contract, it is going to be a huge colossal amount (Sony would be indemnified for the "potential loss" of the 6 albums she wouldnt do). If Luke wins the rape accusation case, he is going to counter-sue her for defamation and ask for a huge amount as payment. Plus, lets not act like she has been very succesful lately, her last album flopped and it was ages ago. Dont know if Timber gives that much royalties. I applaud Taylor for this. I think we should all give her the benefit of the doubt and say it is genuine. She didn't have to do this and if Kesha's mom wants to tweet about it that's her choice. This money will surely help Kesha out with all the expenses she has to cover with lawyers and stuff. I'm actually really happy Taylor did this. My respect for her has increased today.
