You have to draft it and rework this ****. Gaga is a perfectionist. And the ARTPOP era did not work out well for her if you remember. She probably feels sad about it and plans on for the next album working out as perfect as possible as she can get it. The only immediate gratification you can get in this life is masturbation. She has been working with some other producers and trying different things. If in the end the songs they made together somehow work for the project, she will use them. She posted pics with him at first to generate Hype and I think now she wants to keep things as lowkey as possible.
