Yes I seem to have misunderstood the rejection of the injunction, but even if she's allowed to work with other producers I believe she's still locked into Luke's record company and he will still get a hefty amount of the money any future music from her makes, its a huge shame Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

It's both their work and they both get a say in it's distribution. Sure, it's great for fans but do you think Gaga wants all of her unreleased discography to leak? But RedOne isn't getting anything from it so I don't get what he is gettting from a leak. And it's not same as Gaga cause Gaga can always rework these tracks and release them on future albums. Also sometimes she is not statisfied and doesn't want people to hear it. Porcelain's tracks were all intended for a album so I'm sure Porcelain doesn't think they are bad.
