I truly feel for Kesha...this is so sad but this goes beyond a recording contract...she's claiming rape and because of a technicality of her waiting a year too long to file, they can't "prove" anything happened?!?!?! Plus, how is Sony saying they support both in their careers but are representing Luke only? What?!!! :wtf:

The judge is no better making slavery jokes about the fans wanting Kesha to be free from the contract :crossed:

This is just complete injustice

There's always hope that the public outcry will cause Sony to release her

Kesha is everywhere right now and Sony is getting bashed. They NEED to free her.

He may get backlash from the GP or twitter fans but probably not from artists.

He and people like Max Martin are basically the reason why we still hear some artists on the radio.

He hasn'T had a hit since 2 years tho. No major artist is working with him anymore except Nicki.

She didn't have any evidence to back up her claims of emotional abuse? No texts, emails..?

You have to be able to prove claims like that in court.

I wish the best for Kesha.

I'm not a woman. I'm not a man. I am something that you'll never understand.

So, so sad. Poor Kesha, I feel so bad she's had to go through all this :ohno:

What Sony doesn't seem to realize is that this is not good for their image. Now people will see them as rape supporters. And Dr. Luke's reputation is forever tarnished. Despite of everything, Kesha is the winner. Hope she pulls through.

It’s gross and disturbing that the judge referred to Kesha as an investment. She’s a human being for ****s sake, and she’s a victim.

Stressed, depressed, but well dressed.
