JbGaga 2,261 Posted February 19, 2016 Share Posted February 19, 2016 Its such a difficult case. 1) There is a lack of evidence that she was raped 2) She signed a contacts that are worth millions with many partys being involved 3) Shes obviously in pain emotionally about this and feels strongly against Dr Luke 4) If she was to continue at Sony it would be a hostile and unpleasant environment (which I guess dosent matter to the law) I hope both partys can come to a conclusion that benefits each other. If Kesha was smart she would get on every single news network and explan her story to cause backlash against Sony or some kind of negative press. She wouldn't stand to gain anything by making false accusations of this magnitude and jeopardizing her career... I understand that maybe her case is not legally solid, but honestly, what is Sony gaining by forcing her to stay with them? This should have been resolved out of court and they should have let her go, because the tension surrounding their relations with Kesha is not going to allow them to maintain a profitable and positive relationship anyway. Um, there have been several tweets/posts by his artists that he is a horrible person.
