Both candidates carry their demographic strong points from prior states into Nevada, with Clinton holding an edge among women, while Sanders tops the former secretary of state among voters under age 55." Where t-shirts and pins, and hand out leaflets on public property and other creative ways to start conversations. For example, I wear my Bernie Sanders glasses everywhere and its started a lot of conversations and I've had the chance to convince multiple to vote Bernie in the primaries. Voltaire 4,531
This is monumental. Nevada was "supposed" to be swept by Clinton with no troubles. The goal posts keep moving, now all of a sudden Nevada doesn't matter as much and it's South Carolina that she's going to trounce him in. He was in single digit percentage points in Nevada just months ago. The fact that he's tied it up like this, coming against a person with the most name-recognition and political power in the game. Ultimately, it's about the trend. He's trending up. She's trending down. And that has been the course every single state has taken so far. The more about him voters know, the more they like him. This ad just went national on TV (it was directed by Erica Garner herself with no intrusion from the campaign) Candy is dandy but liquor is quicker

Maybe keep it at 18 but anyone who passes a test that is about basic votIMG knowledge and decision making skills then they can vote. It sort out the idiots nnnn I got drunk

It sort out the idiots nnnn I'm not sure where I stand on changing the age. But creating a requirement of a "test" of any kind I cannot support. We should always seek to have MORE voter inclusion, not less, for any reason. Candy is dandy but liquor is quicker

It sort out the idiots nnnn The goal should always be to get as many voters as possible, though. And testing to see if they know basic voting knowledge seems unfair; some people aren't good test takers, it would require even more work and resources, etc. etc. I mean, one of the big reason why conservatives/republicans make such a big stink about requiring voter ID is because it limits the types of people who typically vote democrat/liberal. (They say it's "FOR SECURITY!!11!1! but in reality it doesn't make a difference- there's stats on it, it doesn't actually change results) We don't need to be like them and support voting restrictions that keep out a group of people for our own benefit.
