I liked their ideas, I just don't feel like they were executed well enough but that could have been due to a number of reasons. Bowie influences? Yes! I want her to pioneer a new genre of music that the public will just eat up. I'm here for more tech stuff, as long as its seamlessly integrated into the album and not too hyped up. I feel like they cut out a lot of the technology for the Bowie tribute and they original had more tech involved in the original plan. But I still liked what they showed us. I want songs and not this hyped technology too, which of course I can just ignore it and listen to the songs. The future's uncertain and the end is always near. I think there was meant to be a real fashion aspect to the show but obviously that had to be subbed out for the Bowie attire. I don't think the change up really defends some of the tracking being off, although that's probably an issue they had trying to set it up in a short time frame. I also want the disco and rock vibes she's been teasing all along.
