I wonder if Beyonce will continue to support this movement or she'll ignore it once Formation loses momentum.

A rally? Really?

Like you cant just get over it and let go?

It was a powerful performance from beyonce and I think they are exaggerating to host a rally.

What a stupid thing to say. It's implying that Beyonce's defining characteristic is her being black and that people should expect a black person to always have to say something about race.

White straight people afraid of a group that will do whatever it takes for equality. I wish LGBT would be more forceful sometimes. I'd join if we had a pink panthers. We already have a mascot for Christ's sake.

The more things like this that continue to happen, the more our current times have started to mirror the social upheaval of the 60's. Something bigger is happening in the US than seems apparent right now. Beyonce has people shook over some berets and Afros. How telling of race relations in modern America.

LMAO some people are too much.

For them to take time out of their day to go protest a pop star who is worth millions is so over the top. Beyonce doesn't care. The NFL doesn't care.

Ok, you didn't like her "black panther" imagery? Move on! Big deal! It was just a performance! Funny because these same people are the ones saying "Political correctness is taking away our rights!" and look at how offended they get over a performance :rip:

This isn't a performance at a black rights rally. It's the Superbowl, a wholly American event, and Beyonce glorified a hate group in front of all the viewers as if to send some kind of message.

I doubt Beyonce cares too, just as Trump hardly cares that we call him an idiot. It doesn't mean people shouldn't say anything.

In any case I think an anti-Beyonce rally is over the top really. Voicing disapproval is one thing and in this case is warranted, but actually doing a rally against her? What is it going to accomplish? She's a performer.

I don't get what you're trying to say.

This person said "race" was brought in because Beyonce is black. Is this for real? The entire point of the black rights movement is to be treated the same way as any other American. Furthermore, white people are a "race" (or many really) too.

A black person doesn't automatically spur a discussion about race unless you're a racist.

Did you watch the whole video though? Because there is more to what the woman said.

If there's more context to it then don't post that image with only that quote, because on its own it's pretty idiotic.

Even still, I don't see how the context can be changed. This is exactly what she said and the logic doesn't follow through. It's a statement, not a conclusion, so unless it's meant to be hyperbolic or cynical, it is what it is.

You need to read up more on the history of the black panthers.  I certainly wouldn't want LGBT to be as forceful.
