Does Gaga buy or rent her clothes?

I mean with her changing her outfit everytime you blink you eye, you'd think she'd rent all her clothes, but then, that doesn't make sense right? We have seen her wear the same thing twice sometimes. But then again, holy **** her SB Outfit cost over $10,000… so there is no way she's actually buying her many outfits to throw away after only wearing it once… I know she's rich but no way Gaga.

I think it really depends tbh. Some things she owns, lots are custom made for her, and the rest she just borrows.

She borrows most of them. All of her vintage clothes are shoppen though. She also sometimes gets to keep her custom made creations while some go back to the designers to get shown off.  A lot get auctioned tho!

Designers are always either gift or lend the A List celebs auits, dresses, and accesories, it is a good promo for them in return.

They are always made to fit their body, so it always are custom made.

Aside of that, these A Listers are also getting free cosmetics, skin care, and more from them.

I was gonna say. At least in Gaga's case, I feel like so many designers (big name or not) throw their outfits at her for promo. Nice.

True, she is a household name, always at plenty big events that mattered, pretty much hot target.

Usually they're custom made, and I don't think you can rent that  

But she burrows things sometimes which is pretty much like paying because she gives publicity to the designer.

I would think she would buy her big performance clothes (for example, the Super Bowl) because they hold an experience within their threads. I know she has a warehouse for her clothes as well. Stuff she wears on the plane, shopping, etc. are probably borrowed, rented, or bought.

It's a mix. She does buy a lot of items but most are commissioned by her team, they constantly bring Gaga items to pick from. So that means Brandon and his assistants will "pull" items from runway shows and lookbooks and contact fashion houses or young designers themselves. And then there's the relationships with her designer friends. That's usually how it goes. A-listers like Gaga also usually have the designer sign a confidentiality agreement so the measurements and actual request for the item(s) are not leaked.
