Is it just me or is it kinda wasted that Gaga had to do the Bowie tribute?

Assuming that the Intel performance IS the Bowie tribute. And I'm not trying to disrespect Bowie. It's just my honest opinion. Gaga should have had plans before already, be it the costumes, set list, maybe revealing a new song etc. But because she had to do the Bowie tribute, she might have to scrap all that and rush to come up with a new direction. Firstly, I would rather have her do what she have always intended to do in the first place because a change of plans is always rushed and not as good. But also, it would probably mean that she's no longer using it to tease LG5 songs anymore.  Ok, maybe she's indeed not going perform new songs (I don't believe that for a second), but I'm still curious to see what she always had in mind.

The intel performance will be included in the tribute.

Her initial plans had nothing to do with new music. She wouldn't scrap her comeback and all the plans (radio deals, promo etc) for a bowie tribute (or anything else).

Eh, the Bowie tribute will boost the GP's positive view of her and in turn benefit LG5. and TBH the less hype she creates for LG5, the better it will be once it comes out. Whatever she was gonna do before, who knows? She might save it for later or for the tour. She and Bobby make an amazing team so I have no doubt whatever they do is the right decision.

Are you freakin kidding me !!!! She won a fking 'Golden Globe' as a leading actress for her very first mainstream acting gig for AHS ...

You should stop complaining, and by sharing your opinion, you are bringing negative energy. I mean i have nothing against you, but however she wasn't going to perform any new material, she was probably set to perform Til It Happens To You. Do you actually know how much she will earn with this performance? She's going to prove one time more that she's talented, and that she's able to sing any genre, and she's going to remind the haters that no one can stop her. I mean, i'm so tired of seening people like you who complain all the time, about everything she does, idgi? Do you know how hard is to prepare 3 performances in 1 month? She's human after all, and you don't have to like everything she does. Thank you.
