I noticed that there's a trend in a lot of kpop songs where the chorus will just be a repeated rap phrase with no melody to it whatsoever and that doesn't entice me. I really look for that hook in a song with a really nice beat and melody and a lot of kpop songs don't provide that anymore to me. Sorry for being so negative.
